The reviewers' verdict and the stamp check — one page per bat

Which bat should you buy? Ask the reviewers — all of them.

Bat reviews, refereed. Every score from a named reviewer — plus the legality stamp check nobody else puts on the same page. We read every independent scored review, convert them to one scale with a published rule, label exactly how many sources stand behind each number, and put the bat's legality status on the same page. When reviewers disagree, we show the disagreement — that's the point.

How this site works

Panel Score — the average of independent reviewers' published scores (Bat Digest, the Baseball Bat Bros, the National Pastime Museum, and tier-labeled others), each linked and dated. Players' Score — ratings from players and parents, published at 10+ ratings, always separate, never blended. Legality layer — per-bat stamp status mirrored from the sanctioning bodies' own lists. Full method: How We Score.
